Most appointments are "same-day". Prescriptions are sent right to your pharmacy when needed. To request same-day or earlier appointments, please call to see if there is an opening. Is eCare right for you? Convenience and access are among the reasons we are offering more choices. We are implementing and adopting more ways for you to be connected to our services and products online with online visits. Kentucky residents only. A verified (active) email address is required for scheduling and services. We will try to contact you by email initially for scheduling within 24 hours, usually on the day.
Virtual eCare appointments (videoconferencing) address common conditions and illnesses: cold, cough, fever, mental health, diet and weight loss, COVID-19 screening, insect bite, acne, skin rash, minor skin conditions, musculoskeletal aches, sore throat, urinary issues, seasonal allergies, some chronic conditions, refills and more. We also provide referrals.
For a variety of common conditions, available from your mobile device or computer - Meet online with eCare at your convenience! Accepted forms of payment may be cash, check, credit card, and other forms of payment.

eCare is not for complex or emergency situations. If your condition is serious or urgent, call your doctor, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
